The Challenge

First-time buyers and diaspora families often face the homebuying process without clear guidance in the language they speak.

My Role

REALTOR® and founder of the practice's systems.

What I Did
  1. Step 1

Wrote homebuyer guides for first-time buyers.

  2. Step 2

Created neighborhood guides that have grown into 28 free deep-dive guides covering every Providence neighborhood plus Pawtucket, North Providence, Cranston, and Warwick.

  3. Step 3

Built transaction coordination SOPs, buyer, seller, and investor presentations, an FSBO outreach playbook, and a 23-template business document suite.

  4. Step 4

Represent the Gallery Green income-restricted townhomes in Warren, RI, with the Community Housing Land Trust of Rhode Island.

Results
  • A complete practice infrastructure in place at launch.
  • Services offered in English and Haitian Creole.
