This policy covers purchases made on juniajanvier.com and links to the Carabae shop on Etsy.
Digital downloads
Digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, so all sales of digital downloads are final. Returns and exchanges are not accepted.
If something goes wrong
If a file won’t open, a download link doesn’t work, or an order arrives damaged or misprinted, email junia@juniajanvier.com with your order number and we will make it right.
Free downloads
Free resources carry no charge, so there is nothing to refund. If a free file won’t download, let us know and we will help.
Purchases on Etsy
Items bought through the Carabae shop on Etsy (CarabaeByJune) follow the return and exchange details shown on each Etsy listing, along with Etsy’s own purchase protections.
Personal use
Files are licensed for personal use or for use in one business. Please don’t share, resell, or reprint them for sale.
