Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 10, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Junia Janvier LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit juniajanvier.com, contact us, book a meeting, join the newsletter, or shop.
1. Information We Collect
- Contact forms. Your name, email address, phone number (if you share it), and message. Messages are emailed to us and also saved in the site’s database so no inquiry is lost.
- Newsletter. Your email address and any name you provide, stored with our email service, Mailchimp (Intuit). Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
- Bookings. When you schedule time through Cal.com, Cal.com collects your name, email, and the details you enter. Cal.com’s privacy policy also applies.
- Shop orders. When you buy from this site, WooCommerce collects your name, email, billing details, and order details. Payments are handled by our payment processor (GoDaddy Payments). Full card numbers go to the processor and are not stored on this site. Digital products are delivered by download links tied to your order.
- Etsy. Some products link to our Etsy shop. Purchases there happen on Etsy, and Etsy’s privacy policy applies.
- Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we and our service providers receive your IP address, browser type, device, and the pages you visit. This comes from site analytics (Google Analytics, through Google Site Kit) and from security tools that protect the site from spam and attacks.
2. Cookies and Similar Tools
We use cookies and browser storage to keep your cart working, remember that you closed a pop-up, measure site traffic with Google Analytics, and protect the site (for example, Cloudflare security cookies). You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the site, such as the cart, may not work without them.
3. How We Use Information

We share it only with service providers that help run this site and business, such as our web host and payment processor (GoDaddy), Cloudflare, Google, Mailchimp, Cal.com, and our email delivery provider, and only as needed for them to provide their services. We may also share information when required by law.
5. How Long We Keep Information
We keep information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, and keep order records as long as required for tax and accounting.
