Cloud Hardware Infrastructure — Power BI & Visualization Toolkit

Built a Power BI dashboard visualizing critical paths across 300K+ server programs within Cloud Hardware Infrastructure Engineering, cutting stakeholder analysis time by 30% and transforming a manual opaque process into a real-time decision-making tool. Authored full technical documentation covering estimated effort, technology stack, and implementation roadmap for a Visualization Toolkit, enabling cross-team adoption and providing the architectural foundation for downstream engineering execution. Selected as a Bloomberg Black in Tech Lab Fellow, 1 of 22 chosen nationally.

BU Spark! — DEI Programs Lead, Course Founder & Instructor (2020–2023)

DS291: Exploring DEI in Technology

Co-created and co-instructed DS291: Exploring DEI in Technology, the first-of-its-kind 14-week accredited undergraduate course at BU, enrolling 20+ students per cohort across three consecutive years with a 95% completion rate. Recruited, hired, and managed an eight-person Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion team overseeing hiring pipelines, curriculum development, and program delivery. Produced a full suite of professional digital training assets and published an annual DEI report-out establishing an accountability infrastructure for the organization. Nominated BU Student Employee of the Year 2022. Partner orgs: Girls Who Code, BlackisTech, NSBE, Center for Women & Enterprise. Now serves on the BU Spark! Alumni Board.

DEI & Technology Curriculum

Designed and delivered a multi-module workshop series spanning Intro to Web Design, DEI for E-Commerce, and DEI in Product Design, equipping 40+ underrepresented business owners with practitioner-ready frameworks for building inclusive, user-centered digital platforms. Translated advanced product design theory and DEI scholarship into immediately applicable curriculum for audiences without technical backgrounds. Sustained an 18-month instructional partnership iterating on curriculum design based on participant outcomes.

Space Frontier Foundation — Project Lead (2021–2022)

Conceived and executed a 3-day pitch competition spanning 8 teams at the International Space Development Conference, serving as primary point of contact for competitors, conference officials, and 12+ speakers and panelists across concurrent programming tracks.
